  i do generally enjoy BWW but in this case this place has gone down hill. I had to chase down waitresses other than my own to get any service. When I told her the order was wrong she argued with me. She refused to get me what I asked for. Call over the manager and she was no better. I am not harsh on serving staff as I have been there myself but this was a little more than I was willing to put up with. This place needs new management and some better trained waitresses.

  I gave it 3 stars because maybe it's just not my type of place. We went on a Saturday, and it was very busy, but also well staffed. My server looked unkempt, and had 2 other tables. Still I sat there, empty drinks, waiting on my food to be cleared. When she finally came back she had the check, but we wanted dessert. Our check and card sat there waiting on her for quite a bit. Besides that the food was okay, small portions in disposable containers. No container for my wing bones, or extra napkins. I generally like the sports bar vibe, but this place didn't do it for me.

  OK 2 stars is very accurate. THE beer is cold. The food is hot. Great. Now at the bar....not dining room. It is a social atmosphere but I gotta say the bartender does NOTHING to add to this atmosphere. She was polite and served drinks so I guess I shouldn't ask for more. But it would be tremendous if she was more SOCIAL....nobody is gonna think it's weird if you say "how's it going?" after serving a beer. But it is weird when you stand back....don't talk and just come forward to get the next beer and then return to just ignorein everyone at the bar. Talk a little you are in a service industry and who knows you may strike up a great conversation amongst people at the bar which would encourage us to stay....rather than feel like we are uninvited guests of your ex boyfriend. But as I said in the beginning the beer was cold so no major complaints....it would just be nice to have a social bartender or at least one that doesn't appear scared of the patrons.

  terrible service. server had an attitude and was rarely seen. ordered fries, took 45 minutes to get them and they were stone cold and about half of what a normal order size is. drinks are insanely overpriced and feature little alcohol content.
  i dont expect 5 star service, but i can be served better at mcdonalds and have warmer food there.
  skip this place and just go to two keys.
