  This KFC has the most unappreciative and rude staff that I have ever encountered. I've had this experience twice. The 1st time I chalked it up to someone having a bad day but the same experience on the next visit. I now chalk it up to simply rude employees. I told the drive thru attendant "thanks you" as she handed me my meal. All I got in return was a smirk. Never again will I spend money at KFC...! I will go where my business is appreciated.

  This KFC is a hit and a miss
  Sometimes they have food, and sometimes they don't
  Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes it's dry and old tasting
  
  Got the $5 fill up one time and the grill chicken was like chewing jerky :/
  Another time the cookie was missing, and this recent visit the cookie was hard as a rock and close to burnt. I guess someone thought it was sellable (not edible though..picture attached)
  
  Sweet tea is usually banging (if they have it), but this last visit it just tasted funny, like they tried to mix another drink with it :/
  
  Each time I go I cross my fingers. They haven't lost me as a customer yet, but they would have if Popeyes was closer :)

  I am highly disgusted with this establishment! Went here for lunch today and there was a cockroach on my mashed potatoes!! Not only was I not able to eat my lunch but neither could my Co worker because of how disgusted we were.
