  Third time eating take out from this KFC. Sides are usually good, however, this is strike three on the chicken. The chicken is the worst of the competitors. It taste old. Soggy, and most of the time skin is missing from the chicken. We had to toss it and cook some frozen nuggets.
  
  I wish a Popeyes fried chicken could open on North Main.

  KFC put the wrong people in charge of making trivial decisions. I now question if they are even qualified to effectively run an establishment or if they are poorly paid. Another visit and another unwillingness to deviate or substitute an order like other fast-food establishments. No customer service experience and borderline berating of cashier at that. And complaining to coworker in the back about what change I wanted to make. Oh well back to Bojangles. There I can make changes and not get attitude
