  Let me start by saying I love mcdonalds. I would rather drive 20 miles to go to a different mcdonalds then this one. They seem to always mess my order up my order or forget some of my food. The food is either cold or over cooked and their customer service is horrible. When you walk up one of the employees are smoking at the front door. Yeah not hungry any more. I understand it's fast food but have some professionalism.

  I wish it could be given NO stars. Horrible customer service, burgers were cold, burnt and greasy and when given back to remake, the girl rolled her eyes and told us to pull forward! They made us wait 15 minutes and then burgers are still cold but not as burnt. Cheese wasn't even melted! Order taker was rude and girl at pick up window was even ruder.....as if that was possible! This was our first visit and will NEVER EVER be back! Try re- training the employees with some customer service skills BEFORE they have to directly deal with the public! NASTY....GROSS....AND UNACCEPTABLE!!
