  Food is good!
  Panera's prices are just way too high, and the portions are small.
  
  I love the you pick 2, and then you can get a drink and/or treat for .99 cents
  
  You can never go wrong with the creamy tomato soup.. I like asking for extra extra croutons
  
  Tuna salad sandwich and the Italian sandwich are yummy yummy. Their sausage, egg and cheese sandwich is two thumbs up as well :)
  
  I love their chicken tortellini, but you get such a small bowl for like $9 dollars and change :/
  The portion is not worth the price, but it is yummy
  
  Customer service is always decent, I just don't like it when their Panera Rewards system is down :/ that really sucks, so you end up having to contact their telephone service to get your visit added to ur account or if your app works..add it in that way
  I do feel management should always help customers the best they can when that happens and not say 'oh well, it's down..you can't use your coupon'
  That is never the customer's fault, and not being granted to redeem a reward is ridiculous
