  I called to order 2 heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's day, I was asked to hold and did so for a bit. The guy came back on and asked if it were for delivery or pick up and then asked me to hold again. 9 minutes later I hung up and called back, the same guy asked me to hold, I told him no since he already had me on hold for an extended time so he hung up on me. I tried calling back 2 more times in 3 minutes and each time went straight to hold. Not wanting to give up on getting my family the heart shape pizzas I ordered them online. When they arrived the pizzas were more round then anything else. My wife called them and asked for a manager, Rachel got on the phone, then my wife asked for a refund and Rachel hung up on her. So here I sit 2 untouched awkward looking pizzas, some good bacon cheddar cheesy bread and a pissed off wife on Valentine's day...

  My pizza and wings were ice cold. They would not refund my money or offer a credit for the poor service. I personally returned the cold product to the store and 4 employees came to the door wanting to fight. Never order from this location their review tells the story.

  I am very shocked at the level of disrespect this Papa Johns had. I've been a customer with them for over 5 years and always ordered online. I go to order online today for the second try to use a emailed coupon that expires today but the website tells me they don't deliver to my address! I call the store and the manager Marv says oh I don't know why because we do still deliver to that address but we can't honor the coupon because it's online only. They told me I had to call online support but online support was closed so oh well can't help. So I can't order online, I can't get my Papa points and I can't use my coupon! They were so rude and I refuse to order from them again and will spread the word to everyone else not to order from them.
