  This location is TERRIBLE.
  Environment wise: it's alright, the seating is nice and the lighting is good. So the store itself is decent.
  Food and drinks: the drinks are not quite right. Taste is a little off, but not a huge deal.
  Employees? The most horrendous employees I've encountered. The manager is nice and it's a shame that her employees don't reflect that.
  I ordered a $10 drink earlier in the day and went outside to enjoy it. I ran into an old friend and talked to them for a couple hours then went back inside to get a ice coffee refill. The cashier refused to do so, saying it's per visit, and I tried to tell her that it was the same visit but she wasn't hearing it so I decided to go down the street to the other Starbucks who understood my frustration and helped me.
  Out of all of the employees there's probably only two who seemed friendly (a girl with dark hair and a septum piercing and a tall guy with dark hair, and a guy with a big beard was awesome) - thank you for trying your best. The rest are rude, unapologetically condescending and do NOT 'make the moment right.' Isn't that what Starbucks is all about???
  I will not be returning to this location. It's a shame when your store is brand new and you already have a bad rating on Google Maps.

  Wifi is complete garbage! Absolutely horrid!! Can I give 0 stars please.. or take away stars.
  
  Howin 2017 can Starbucks offer att internet under .5 Mbps download but 3mbps upload and NOBODY IS HERE.. MEANWHILE ITS PLACEMENT is next to Carolina Ale which has much better Guest Wifi and they are positioned in front of Nexton which has GiGaBiT internet available. So Fiber lines are in place. WTF. Cheap ass coffee chain with season flavors that are non existent when you want them but are ever present on the app.
