  I went through the drive thru today 1-17-17 at 11:45 am and the young lady in the window was so sweet and and even remembered that I have 2 French bulldogs ! 5 stars for her!!

  All in all, a great Starbucks.
  
  Visiting the Ladson area on a ridiculously clear Monday morning, I chose this coffee shop for some coffee worthy of accompanying my meticulously prepared lunch -- and worthy coffee I obtained! Smiling, personable baristas fixed me up, and then it was off to the sunny patio for my meal (and, later on, into the nicely outfitted dining room, where I managed to enthrone myself on a comfy leather seat).
  
  Throughout my time there, everything was A+: clean, maintained, attractive. I liked the location in particular, in the calm, quiet corner of a large shopping plaza (just near enough to be "in," yet removed enough to be "away"). The closest thing I had to a problem was that they'd run out of cold-brew by the time I went back for a refill (but, even this was a non-issue, for the cashier was kind enough to substitute an Americano for the same price -- hooray!).
  
  I'd like to extend my thanks to everyone involved with this restaurant. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service.
