  Faster than fast food! Seated immediately, and then Jocelyn, my very attentive waitress asked what I wanted to drink, brought it, then my order very quickly. Food was hot and delicious!   Horrible. We were seating rather quickly and then everything else went down hill from there. A person in all black came and took our drink order and then took our food order. We waited 40 minutes for our food. When the food arrived only half of our part go their whole meal. The other half received part of their meal. The hash browns were way over done (more like potato sticks) and the French toast was slightly better than raw in the middle and the bacon and eggs were shriveled and dried up. I finished my food before the other half of our party received theirs and they only received it because they had to ASK for it. The other half of the food they received was cold. Then we asked to speak to a manager and we had to wait 10 minutes for the manger to show up. Still have no idea who our server was since one person took our drink order two different people brought the food out and another person handed us our bill. We were never offered refills or anything until the bill was put on our table. The worst IHOP service ever.
